HomeKit bridge for your old iPhone
Pylo turns a spare iPhone into a HomeKit bridge, exposing its camera, flashlight, ambient light sensor, and motion sensor as native HomeKit accessories.
Open the Home app on your primary device, tap "+" to add an accessory, and scan the pairing code shown in Pylo. The accessories will appear in your home automatically.
Pylo exposes a flashlight (as a lightbulb), a camera with live streaming, an ambient light sensor, and a motion sensor.
Pylo needs to remain in the foreground to maintain its HomeKit connection and stream video. Keep the app open on the device you're using as a bridge.
Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. If the accessory still doesn't appear, try restarting Pylo and re-scanning the pairing code.
Remove the accessory from the Home app on your primary device. You can also reset pairings within Pylo to start fresh.
